职位描述
工作职责 Achieving sales target through drug store or end user education 实现销售指标;Establishing sales plan and scheduling own activities to implement sales plan in the field that include developing visiting agenda so that these targets are met 建立并通过各项活动和拜访来执行销售计划;Being in charge of monitor / manage pricing among clients 控制预算;Executing product education to drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services when visiting existing and new customers 在拜访消费者时对药店人员进行产品培训;Identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business 与客户保持良好的关系;Referring sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands 及时反馈市场信息给各类部门来调整各项策略; 任职要求 Education level: higher than college degree 大专以上文化程度Being good at leading, oral and writing skill, communication and solving problems 良好的领导能力,口头和书面表达能力,沟通能力,解决问题能力。Being integrity and positive 为人正直,积极向上。Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor industry 在OTC行业或者跨国零售业的快消行业的相关工作经验Retail Rep (junior): No working experience required, but medical/ clinic education background is preferred. 无需工作经历,医疗教育背景优先。Retail Rep: At least 1 year, typically in charge of 100 drugstore mgmt. 至少一年,***管理过100家药店。
